VisitKlagenfurt made some pre-bookings in various hotels in the city centre of Klagenfurt, within walking distance of the venue (kärnten.museum). If you would like to take advantage of this option, please send an email to Markus Strutz  or Stefanie Lukanz, stating the hotel, the time period and the room category. Mention the codeword 'Wood' to access the pre-bookings. Bookings are open now. The deadline is 16 March 2026. This is also the last day on which you can cancel your booking free of charge.
